My Litmus story started with coding the entire customer facing product (first teaching myself to code) for a 3 person company all the way to board involvement in a successful 150 person company.

In that time I learned a lot about how to build a team that believes in what they are doing every day, building a fully remote team, building a brand and an image that resonates with customers and cultivating a happy thriving culture.

We didn’t start this business in Silicon Valley or Shoreditch. We started it in our own homes and grew all the way up to three offices across the world but still with a highly involved and engaged remote workforce, at times numbering around 80% as remote employees.

Since leaving full time work at Litmus I have been volunteering as a mentor with Connect Yorkshire, mentoring with TechStars and completing an MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School.
